How to use CORE DRILL TEST SET BI-400L
- Place the core drill machine on the concrete/asphalt pavement layer to be tested in a flat position.
- After that we provide water with the available tools.
- Then the water is put into a tube connected to the water swivel on the core drill machine with a small hose in a place that has been provided on the tool, so that the core bit does not experience damage / wear out quickly.
- Once everything is ready, the tool is turned on using a rope that is wrapped around the tool starter and pulled.
- After the tool is on, the drill bit is slowly lowered to the point we have determined to a certain depth, then after a certain depth the tool is turned off and the drill bit is raised. Then the results of the drilling are taken using clamps, after that the thickness and dimensions are measured and the sample is observed to see whether the pavement is suitable for use or not.
